Partial Loss Benefit*:
If the Theft Deterrent Product is installed on your customer’s vehicle and the vehicle is stolen during the term of the limited warranty, and the vehicle is recovered within thirty (30) days of the date the vehicle was stolen but is not declared a total loss by the primary carrier, the limited warranty pays the lesser of the primary insurance deductible, or costs to repair damage from theft, or $1,000.

Total Loss Benefit:
If the Powersports Theft Deterrent Product is installed on your customer’s vehicle and the vehicle is stolen during the term of the limited warranty, and the vehicle is not recovered within 30 days of the date the vehicle was stolen, or is recovered but is declared a total loss by the primary insurance carrier, the limited warranty will pay the lesser of the benefit selected on the limited warranty or the vehicle purchase price.
