WAIVER
Eligibility Criteria
2. GAP Waiver amends the Financing Contract and is between the Customer/Borrower and the Dealer, or if assigned with the Financial Institution/Assigned Lender
3. MSRP or NADA retail value of no more than $50,000, or the amount financed/lease cap cost does not exceed $50,000
4. Maximum Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) not over 12,500 pounds
5. Eligible for on- and off-road motorcycles, ATVs, personal watercrafts, side-by-sides and snowmobiles
Coverage Benefits
■ Primary insurance deductible covered up to $1,000 on 150% waivers; $500 on 125% waivers
■ Fully Earned program
General Coverage and Limitations
2. GAP may waive the difference between the primary insurance settlement and the outstanding balance on the customer’s powersport as of the date of loss.
3. Covers up to 150% or 125% MSRP/NADA
4. Available for new and used powersports
5. Maximum amount financed/lease cap cost $50,000
6. Maximum term of 84 months

Exclusions
The GAP Waiver does not provide coverage for a Constructive Total Loss:
A. occurring prior to the effective date of the GAP Waiver or after the original Financing
Contract term
B. occurring prior to the Financing Contract inception date
C. due to confiscation of the Powersport by a government body or public official
D. caused by theft, vandalism or fire, unless the customer/borrower or the Financial Institution/Assigned Lender files a police and/or fire report
E. caused by theft or damage to the Powersport that does not constitute a Constructive
Total Loss.
F. resulting from the Powersport being operated, used, or maintained in any race, speed
contest, or other contest
G. to the Powersport held as security under any wholesale, floor plan, field warehouse, or any
type of financing made to a dealership or its employees
H. to the Powersport while used for Commercial Purposes
I. occurring after the Powersport has been repossessed by the Financial Institution/ Assigned Lender or placed in the Financial Institution/Assigned Lender’s possession or in
possession of the Financial Institution/Assigned Lender’s employees or agents
J. for any amounts deducted from the Primary Carrier settlement due to wear and tear, prior
damage, unpaid insurance premiums, towing and storage, and other condition
adjustments
K. attributable to other than the standard or optional equipment available from the
manufacturer of the Powersport, including, but not limited to: audio, video or data equipment, customized paint, or any equipment installed to overcome a physical
handicap

Claims Procedures
In the event of a Constructive Total Loss, it is requested that the customer/borrower notify National Auto Care (NAC) as soon as possible, but no later than 90 days after receiving settlement from the Primary Carrier. The customer/borrower must provide the following documentation to NAC within 90 days of receiving settlement from the Primary Carrier and/or when the Powersport was deemed a Constructive Total Loss, or if no Primary Carrier coverage is in effect on the Date of Loss, within 90 days of the Date of Loss. The following must be submitted to NAC
1. a copy of the Financing Contract and a copy of the signed GAP Waiver;
2. a copy of the Financing Contract’s payment history and payoff as of the Date of Loss;
3. a legible copy of the police report or fire report, which must include confirmation of the Powersport shown on the GAP Waiver. If a police report is not available, and the cause of loss to Powersport is NOT due to theft or fire, a signed brief description of the loss (including confirmation of the Powersport) will be acceptable;
4. a copy of the settlement check, Powersport valuation report and total loss breakdown, and Declarations Page issued by Primary Carrier;
5. a copy of any refunds for cancellable products, such as credit life, credit accident and health, vehicle service agreements/contracts/warranties, and prepaid maintenance; and
6. any additional or reasonable documentation requested by us or NAC
No Payable Loss will be covered if not reported along with all documentation within the stated time periods.
If the requested documents are not provided to NAC within 90 days of reporting the Payable Loss, the request for a Payable Loss will be closed
